The 212th Attack Battalion is a Star Wars costuming group. It was started in December 2009 by a group of friends who wanted to share their love of Star Wars and costuming with others. The group welcomes anyone with a Star Wars costume to apply for membership. We except costumes from all 6 Star Wars films as well as costumes from the Expanded Universe and The Clone Wars television show. All we ask is that our members have fun and be respectful to each other. Vode An (Brothers all)

It was a time of war. The droid armies of the Separatist Alliance squared off against the Grand Army of the Republic. Made up of clones of the bounty hunter Jango Fett and commanded by the Jedi Knights, the army proved to be the only force capable of restoring order to the galaxy. Each Jedi commanded a legion of clones. While Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker led the 501st, the 212th Attack Battalion fell under the leadership of General Obi-Wan Kenobi. The unit is distinguished by the orange markings on their armor. One of the more famous members of the battalion was Clone Marshal Commander Cody. Cody and Kenobi lead the 212th in countless battles against the droid armies.

Later, after Kenobi destroyed the evil droid leader General Grievous, the 212th turned on their Jedi leader. When given Order 66, Cody ordered his troops to fire on Obi-Wan Kenobi. After the apparent death of their Jedi leader, the battalion went on to destroy the droid army on the planet Utapau.
